Is the turf safe for pets and kids?

Yes. We use lead-free, non-toxic fibers and antimicrobial infill on pet and play areas. Flow-through backing rinses clean, and fall-rated systems are available for playgrounds.

Does it get hot in direct sun?

Synthetic turf does warm up in full Florida sun. We offer heat-reducing fibers and infills, and a quick rinse cools the surface. Shaded and partly shaded yards stay comfortable underfoot.

Can you inspect turf you didn't install?

Absolutely. We provide independent inspections for warranty disputes, home purchases, and HOA common areas — complete with a written, photo-documented pass/fail report and a repair estimate if needed.
